I’m Dominic Phillips, a Forward Deployed AI Operating Principal and co-founder of CodeSubmit. I’m based in Los Altos.

I work alongside teams to build software and put AI to use. With leadership, I work on strategy, adoption and the effect on company operations.

I’m interested in the point where a technical choice becomes an operating decision: what to automate, what to keep with people and how to tell whether the software is doing its job.

I’m also a co-founder of CodeSubmit, where I’ve built software for developer assessments and collaborative coding. This site is a place to think through AI, startups and the decisions behind building useful software.
